Wholly owned subsidiary in Norway

AS Skan-kontroll and the Nokas Cash Handling companies are wholly owned subsidiary companies of Avarn Security. Additionally, a number of other companies, including Semac AS and Avarn Security Innlandet AS are partially owned by Avarn Security.
